Account & Data Deletion Request

GDPR Article 17 & Google Play Data Safety Compliance

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and European GDPR, you can request the permanent removal of your online player profile, username, and leaderboard progress from our matchmaking database.

What gets removed:
  • Your custom chosen player username
  • Your ranked ELO rating, level, win/loss match records
  • Your presence on Global Leaderboards and Country Cup standings

How to Delete Your Account & Data in the App (Recommended)

Because Clean Backgammon uses unique on-device cryptographic identifiers rather than public usernames, deleting your account from within the mobile app instantly resets your ELO rating, progression, and purges your record from the matchmaking cluster.

1. Open the Game

Launch Clean Backgammon on your Android phone or tablet.

2. Access Settings & Privacy

From the Main Menu, tap the Settings icon, or tap your player avatar to open Player Profile.

3. Tap 'ACCOUNT DELETION'

Tap the red 'ACCOUNT DELETION' button and confirm. Your progression, ELO rating, level, and coin balance are instantly reset and purged from server matchmaking.

Uninstalled the App or Lost Your Device?

If you already uninstalled Clean Backgammon and cannot perform the in-app deletion, our developer team can manually purge your telemetry and records. Please email [email protected] with your approximate last played date, device model, or username for manual assistance.
